It’s been a busy few months at our Shadow Ranch home in North Indio! I wanted to share an update for those of you who toured us during our "grand opening" phase—the house has truly come to life.

We currently have three rooms available (ranging from affordable to premium) with a current resident mix of men and women aged 70–95.

What’s New at the Home:

• All-Inclusive Pricing: Our remaining rooms start at $6,000/month with no "surprise" care level fees. It’s one flat rate that makes your job easier when explaining costs to families.

• Active Social Calendar: We aren’t just "sitting around." Our residents have recently enjoyed trips to the County Fair, the Living Desert Zoo, and weekly bingo at the Senior Center.

• The "Shadow Ranch" Experience: Our new shaded patio has become the heart of the home for music and socializing. Plus, my kids (10 and 13) are frequently here playing Scrabble or Phase 10 with the residents. My son, Alexander, has even officially been "hired" by the residents as the head coffee maker!
